1.1  Contract 
By using our Services, you accept all of these terms and conditions. Your use of our Services is also subject to our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy, which explain our methods for collecting, using, sharing and storing your personal information.
You acknowledge that by clicking on "Register", "Register on Go4.social" or similar, by registering for, accessing or using our services (described below), you agree to enter into a legally binding contract with Go4social (even if you use our Services on behalf of a company). If you do not accept this agreement (the "Agreement" or the "Terms of Use"), do not click on "Register" (or similar) and refrain from accessing and using our Services. If you wish to terminate this agreement, you may do so at any time by closing your account and no longer using our Services.

Services : This Agreement applies to the http://go4.social website, and to other sites, applications, communications and services related to http://go4.social offered under this Agreement (the "Services"). Users of our registered Services are "Members" and non-registered users are "Visitors". This Agreement applies to Members and Visitors.

This Agreement applies to Members and Visitors.
As a Visitor or Member of our Services, the collection, use and sharing of your personal data is subject to this Privacy Policy (which includes our Policy on cookies and other documents referenced in this Privacy Policy) and updates.
 
1.2 Members et Visitors
When you register and associate yourself with the https://go4.social website, you become a Member. If you have chosen not to register for our Services, you can access certain content as a "Visitor".

1.3 Modification
We may make changes to the Agreement.
We may change this Agreement, our Privacy Policy and our Cookie Policy from time to time. If we make material changes to it, we will notify you via our Services, or by other means, to give you the opportunity to review the changes before they take effect. We recognize that changes cannot be retroactive. If you object to any of the changes, you can close your account. If you continue to use our Services after we have published or sent notice of any changes we have made to these terms and conditions, you accept the updated terms and conditions.

2.1 Right to Services
Here are some of the guarantees you provide us under this Agreement:
You have the capacity to enter into this Agreement and you have the minimum age required.
The Services are not intended for persons under 18 years of age. 

To use the Services, you agree that: (1) you must be of "Minimum Age" (defined below) or more; (2) you have only one account on https://go4.social, which must be in your real name; and (3) Go4social has not prohibited you from using its Services. Creating an account with incorrect information is a violation of our terms and conditions, particularly in the case of accounts registered in the name of third parties or persons under 18 years of age.

The minimum age is 18 years ("Minimum age"). However, in the event that the law requires you to be older than indicated for Go4social to legally provide the Services to you without parental consent (including the use of your personal data), the minimum age would then be that stipulated by law.

2.2 Your Account 
You will keep your password secret.
You will not share an account with another person and you will respect our rules and the law. 

Members and account holders.

Depending on the location of your transaction, foreign exchange transaction fees or different prices (for example, exchange rates) may apply to your purchase.
We may store your payment method and continue to charge you with it (for example, your credit card) even after it has expired, to avoid interruptions to your Services and to pay for any other Services you have purchased. 

If you purchase a subscription, you will automatically be billed with your payment method at the beginning of each subscription period for the fees and taxes applicable to that period. To avoid being charged later, cancel before the renewal date. Find out how to cancel or suspend your Premium Services.
All your purchases of Services are subject to Go4social's refund policy.

We can calculate the taxes you have to pay based on the billing information you provide us at the time of purchase.
You can obtain a copy of your invoice on request by using the contact form on the website. 

2.4. Notifications and Messages
You agree that we may provide you with notifications and messages through our websites, applications and the contact information you have provided to us. If your contact information is not up to date, important notifications may not be sent to you.

A worldwide, assignable and sub-licensable right to use, copy, modify, distribute, publish and process the information and content you provide through our Services, without further consent, notice and/or compensation to you or to third parties. These rights are restricted as follows: 

You may terminate this license for specific content by removing such content from the Services, or generally by terminating your account, (a) unless, as part of the Services, you have shared such content with others who have copied, re-shared or stored it, and (b) subject to a reasonable time necessary to remove it from backup and other systems.
Since your content and data are your property and we only have non-exclusive rights to them, you may choose to make them available to others.
Yourself and Go4social agree that if the content includes personal data, it is subject to our Privacy Policy.

You agree to provide only content and data that does not violate any law and does not violate anyone's rights (or any intellectual property rights). Similarly, you guarantee the accuracy of the information in your profile. In accordance with the laws of certain countries, Go4social may be required to remove content and information. 

3.2 Availability of Services 
We may modify, suspend or terminate all Services, or change their price at our discretion. To the extent permitted by law, these changes will take effect as soon as you have been notified.
You can modify or suspend any Service. We do not guarantee that we will store or continue to display the information and content you have published. 

3.3 Restrictions
We have the right to restrict the way you connect and interact with our Services.
Go4social reserves the right to limit your use of the Services. Go4social reserves the right to restrict, suspend or terminate your account if we believe that you may not comply with this Agreement or the law or that your use of the Services is abusive (for example, if you do not comply with the rules of the Do's and Don'ts section or the Professional Community Policies). 

3.4 Intellectual property rights 
We inform you of our intellectual property rights.
Go4social reserves all its intellectual property rights related to the Services. The use of the Services does not grant you ownership of our Services or the content or information available through our Services. The trademarks and logos used in connection with the Services are the property of their respective owners. Go4social, logos bearing the "go4.social" "go4social" "go4social" "go4s" brand and other Go4.social brands, service marks, illustrations and logos used for our Services are trademarks or registered trademarks of Go4social. 

3.6 Automated processing
We may use the information and data you provide and that we have at our disposal to provide you with recommendations, content and features that may be useful to you.

4.1 disclaimer of liability
This is our disclaimer of liability for the quality, safety or reliability of our Services.
TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GO4SOCIAL AND ITS AFFILIATES (AND ALL THOSE WITH WHOM GO4SOCIAL COLLABORATES TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES) (A) DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS (FOR EXAMPLE, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, DATA ACCURACY AND NON-INFRINGEMENT); (B) DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION AND WITHOUT ERRORS, AND (C) PROVIDE THE SERVICE (INCLUDING CONTENT AND INFORMATION) "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE".

AS SOME EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY ARE NOT PERMITTED BY LAW, IT IS POSSIBLE THAT ALL OR SOME OF THESE EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. 

4.2 Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (AND UNLESS GO4SOCIAL HAS ENTERED INTO A SEPARATE AGREEMENT TO CANCEL AND REPLACE THIS AGREEMENT), GO4SOCIAL AND ITS AFFILIATES (AND ALL THOSE WITH WHOM GO4SOCIAL COLLABORATES TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES) ASSUME NO LIABILITY TO YOU OR OTHERS FOR ANY SPECIAL DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE OR CONSEQUENTIAL, OR IN THE EVENT OF LOSS OF DATA, OPPORTUNITIES, REPUTATION, PROFITS OR INCOME RELATED TO THE SERVICES (FOR EXAMPLE, DEFAMATORY OR OFFENSIVE STATEMENTS, DURATION OF INTERRUPTION OR LOSS, USE OR MODIFICATION OF YOUR CONTENT OR INFORMATION).

IN NO EVENT SHALL THE LIABILITY OF GO4SOCIAL AND ITS AFFILIATES (AND ALL THOSE WITH WHOM GO4SOCIAL COLLABORATES TO PROVIDE THE SERVICES) IN ITS ENTIRETY FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE LESSER OF (A) FIVE TIMES THE MOST RECENT MONTHLY OR ANNUAL FEE YOU PAID FOR A PAID SERVICE, IF ANY, OR (B) EUR 1,000.

THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS PART OF THE BASIS FOR NEGOTIATION BETWEEN YOU AND GO4SOCIAL, AND APPLIES TO ALL CLAIMS FOR COMPENSATION (E. G. WARRANTY, LIABILITY, NEGLIGENCE, CONTRACT, LAW), INCLUDING IF GO4SOCIAL OR ITS AFFILIATES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE, AND EVEN IF SUCH LIABILITY CLAIMS DO NOT FULFILL THEIR ULTIMATE PURPOSE.

SOME LAWS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS OF LIABILITY. THEREFORE, THESE RESTRICTIONS MAY NOT BE ENFORCEABLE AGAINST YOU. 

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time.
You and Go4social may terminate this Agreement at any time by giving notice to the other party. Upon termination, you lose the right to access or use the Services. 

The following provisions shall survive termination: 
- our rights to use and disclose your feedback;
- the rights of Members and/or Visitors to share the information and the content you have published as part of the Service insofar as it has been copied and shared again prior to termination;
- Articles 4, 6 and 8.2 of this Agreement;
- any amount due by either party prior to termination shall remain due after termination.
You can consult our customer support to close your account.

In the unlikely event of a legal dispute arising between us, Go4social and you agree to resolve it before the courts of France under French law.

If you reside in any of the Designated or Non-Designated Countries: you and Go4social agree that the laws of France, excluding the conflict of laws rules, shall exclusively govern any dispute relating to this Agreement and/or the Services. You and Go4social agree that claims and disputes may only be settled in Paris, France, and we each accept the in personam jurisdiction of the courts located in Paris, France. 

Here are some important details about this Agreement.
If a court having jurisdiction over this Agreement decides that one or more clauses are not enforceable, you and we agree that such court may modify them while maintaining their purpose. If the jurisdiction is unable to do so, you and we agree to ask the jurisdiction to remove this unenforceable portion and enforce the remainder of the Agreement.

To the extent permitted by law, the French version of this Agreement is legally binding, while translations are provided for convenience only. This Agreement (including any other terms and conditions we may impose on you if you use any feature of the Services) is the only Agreement between us relating to the Services. It cancels and replaces all previous Contracts for the Services.

If we do not act as a result of a breach of this Agreement, this does not mean that Go4social waives its rights under this Agreement. You may not assign or transfer this Agreement (or your membership in or use of the Services) to any other person without our consent. However, you agree that Go4social may assign this Agreement to its affiliates or an acquirer without your consent. This Agreement does not contain any provisions for third parties.

You agree that the addresses mentioned in Article 10 are the only way to provide us with legal notice. 

8.1 To do
Go4social is a website hosting a community of professionals. This "Do's and Don'ts" list, as well as our Professional Community Policies, limit what you can and cannot do on our Services.

You agree to:
- Comply with all applicable laws, including, but not limited to, privacy laws, intellectual property rights laws, unsolicited email laws, export control laws, tax laws and regulatory requirements;
- Provide us with accurate information and to update it;
- Use your real name on your profile;
- Use the Services in a professional manner.

8.2. Not to be done
You agree not to:
- create a false identity on Go4social, forge your identity, create a Member profile for anyone other than yourself (a real person), or use or attempt to use someone else's account;
- develop, support or use software, devices, scripts, robots or any other means or processes (including indexing robots, browser plug-ins and add-ons, or any other technology) to perform web scraping of the Services or otherwise copy profiles and other data from the Services;
- replace any security features or bypass or avoid any access control or use Service limits (such as limitations on keyword searches or profile views);
- copy, use, disclose or distribute any information obtained from the Services, either directly or through third parties (such as search engines), without Go4social's consent;
- disclose information that you are not authorized to disclose (such as personal data of other persons, including your employer);
- violate the intellectual property rights of others, including copyrights, patents, trademarks, trade secrets or any other proprietary rights.
- violate the intellectual property rights or other rights of Go4social, including, but not limited to, (i) copying or distributing our tutorials in any medium or (ii) copying or distributing our technologies, unless they have been released under open source license, (iii) using the term "Go4.social", "Go4social", "Go4s" or our logos in a trade name, e-mail address or URL, except as described in the Trademark Use Guidelines;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, disassemble, decrypt or generally attempt to obtain the source code for the Services or any related technology that is not open source;
- create deep links to our Services for any purpose other than to promote your profile or a group on our Services, without Go4social's consent;
- use computer bots or other automated methods to access the Services;
- monitor the availability, performance or functionality of the Services for competitive purposes;
- use the technique of "framing", "mirroring" or, in general, simulating the appearance or operation of the Services;
- violate the Policies of the professional community or any additional conditions related to a specific Service provided, when you register for such Service or when you first use such Service.

Contact details for complaints about any content provided by our Members.

We respect the intellectual property rights of others. If certain members are given the opportunity to publish content, we require that they publish accurate information that does not infringe the intellectual property rights of third parties. We have a policy and complaint procedure regarding the content published by our Members. 

GO4SOCIAL's API clients uses various publishers official's API services like YouTube API or Facebook API as well as various authentication provider like Google Oauth API or Twitter Oauth API.
While we carefully choose our partners, we do advise you to review the privacy policies of these partners as well.
